Recently in an interview when Lokesh Kanagarj was asked about the upcoming movies of LCU, he told that he is working on the movie ' Coolie ' with Rajinikanth. He told that ' Coolie ' will be released in summer 2025, after that he will work on the LCU related movie ' Kaithi 2 '. He also told that LCU will end in three movies. After doing Kaithi 2, he will make a movie on LCU's most powerful character Rolex, both these movies are going to prove to be the pre-claimax of LCU in which a powerful post credit scene will be left. LCU's last film will be 'Vikram 2' which is going to be the endgame of this universe in which all the characters of LCU will be seen. Vijay Thalapathy who has retired from the film industry will have a cameo in 'Vikram 2'. Lokesh Kanagaraj has also said that if Vijay Thalapathy is ready, then he would like to do 'Leo 2' with him.
